INKEL, a Kerala government enterprise, is initiating land pooling. Expressions of Interest (EoI) have been invited from owners possessing ten or more acres of land for projects connecting Kerala’s airports and seaports. The project envisions three models: sale, long-term lease, and joint venture.
Land is being sought for activities such as industrial parks, manufacturing clusters, logistics, and warehousing. Priority will be given to land located near national highways, airports, and seaports. Interested landowners should contact eoi-land@inkel.in within a month. Phone: +91 80868 33104.
