A call to share the TRV advantage

By Motherport News

Friend, let me share something that has not yet appeared in our chats or messages. For the first time in our country, a transshipment port has commenced operations. After two years of activity, gateway traffic will begin on 18 August. The Indian export-import community, which previously relied on five or six foreign ports, can now bypass them, saving both time and money.

TRV can reduce transit times from 80-90 days to just 20-30 days. This will help offer competitive rates for Indian products in the international market. Last year, the country transshipped approximately 6.7 million containers. If we choose, we can gradually route this volume and more through TRV. However, many people in our region, especially within the EXIM community, remain unaware of this new port. Bringing this information to their attention will greatly benefit not only them but the entire country. Over time, this will also generate benefits for us. Therefore, I request you to share this information with your friends and relatives.
